RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is simple: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a free replacement or a full refund of the price of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Here’s how it works

• If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the price of the product (Shipping charges are not refundable).
1. Simply log into your Art Prints & Decor account 
2. Go to: My Account > Completed Orders > Return Item(s)
3. Choose the item(s) you’d like to return
4. Choose a return action and enter your comments
• Alternatively you can fill out the information on our Returns Form or Contact US with your order number and your reason for the return.
• As soon we hear from you will send you an email with step by step instructions to return your order.
• When your order is returned back to us, you will receive a refund or have your item(s) replaced.

Refunds are usually processed within 2 – 5 business days.

Returns: What you need to know

1. Your item(s) must be repacked in the original packaging
2. Please keep a copy of your proof of postage for any returned item(s), since we cannot consider refunds for returned item(s) lost in transit without proof of postage.
